Job Description

  • Provide professional support on audit strategy to Manager to ensure potential risks are properly identified and integrated into the annual audit plan;
  • Support to maintain internal control systems by updating audit programs and questionnaires, recommending new policies and procedures;
  • Control and review internal audit achievements of audit units under supervision to ensure significant risks are covered by the Internal Audit Department and audit units responsible;
  • Review and support the development of internal audit procedures and programs in order to ensure their efficient and effective application in audit mission;
  • Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation;
  • Direct the overall performance of audit procedures, including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting client processes and procedure;
  • Support to direct the audit staff in the identification, development, and documentation of audit issues and recommendations;
  • Communicate the results of audit and consulting projects via written reports and oral presentations to management;
  • Conduct training and coaching to all audit staff to improve their capacity regarding policies, procedure, and regulations or any new release;
  • Other additional task assigns by Chairman.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Banking, Business Administration, Management or Equivalent;
  • At least 5 years experiences in banking or MFI and 2 years in supervisory level;
  • Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Willing to work under pressure;
  • Good command of written and spoken English;
  • And good at Microsoft office and core banking system.
