Job Description

  • Manage existing major customers
  • Call existing customer at least one per week to maintain good relationship with each customer
  • Work with technical support department to resolve issues raised by customer
  • Weekly report of customer issues to management
  • Visit customers from time to time
  • Work closely with Business Development/hunter for any issues or new requirement from customer.
  • Renew Customer contract

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree/High Diploma in Business Administration or other related field
  • No experience required, training will be provided
  • Good attitude, willing to learn, hardworking
  • Be open for travelling and field works
  • Good spoken and written Khmer/English/Chinese
  • Be computer literate especially in Microsoft Office

 

Location: This position is based in Phnom Penh

Duration: Full-time work

Salary remuneration: between $300-$500 per month based on experiences
