Job Description

  • Record  maintain associate information such  insurance, personal profile  other information  to  employment.
  • Assist  HR  with documentation concerning grievances, termination, absences  performance reports.
  • Update associate records master list  maintenance  all associate leave information (paid annual leave, sick leave…etc.)
  • Assist  HR  in staffing  recruitment. This includes posting job vacancies, gathering information  applicants, verifying prior employment, contacting references  letting  know if  will  hired  not.
  • Maintain  strong co-employment relationship  appropriate local staffing agency  ensure  right people  available  the right time.
  • File  compliance documents  the ministry  other  institutions. Make sure that compliance processes run well  are executed  a timely manner  required by  labor law  the Kingdom  Cambodia.
  • Assist  HR  in communicating  new and/or updated policies  regulations  associates  AFC.
  • Any other duties  assigned by your supervisor.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree  Human Resource,  Administration  related field.
  • Minimum 3 year-experience  human resource function/area
  • Prior experience  food manufacturing environment  a plus
  • Good knowledge  the Labor Law  Cambodia
  • Knowledge  staffing & recruitment, selection,  hiring, orientation  training process
  • Knowledge  human resource concepts, practices  procedures
  • Ability  communicate both Khmer  English effectively  person  in writing
  • Strong time management, multi-tasking  organizational skills
  • Honest, responsible, strong commitment  initiative
  • Ability  work  a team environment
  • Good decision making skill
  • Can  under pressure
