Job Description

Key result areas

  • Responsible for the daily overall of all site operation
  • Go on site, do inspection and send report to OM.
  • Daily report to OM.
  • Monthly Meeting with client.
  • Work Closely with supervisor to control staff OT.
  • Prepare duty roster, vacation plans and schedules and public holiday to ensure the staff who on duty was not shortage.
  • Check janitor presentation and professionalism.
  • Maintain all per stock for janitorial operating, Equipment and supplies reorder as per requested.
  • Monitor the standard of works to carry out by contractor to ensure that it meets the agree quality.
  • Direct to the staff operation to follow the scopes that was assigned by supervisor or client.
  • Administer the lost and fund.
  • Direct and co-ordinate all activities of the minibar section.
  • Check and control cleaning material.
  • Do sport check on site
  • Maintain efficient administration with the department, prepare the submitting operational report on time.
  • Ensure that employee is selected, trained, and rewarded in the compliance with exiting employee management system.
  • Yearly staff’s evaluation
  • Support staffs in supply and training
  • Listen to team feedback information
  • Coached, counsels, disciplines, and develops, subordinate employee.

Position Requirements


  • Contribute to the morale and team sprite of the company by maintaining effective relationship with Client.
  • Stay current with developments quality standard.
  • Attend training as request by Senior sup or Cleaning Operation Manger.
  • Ensure that all the activities are carried out honesty and within parameters of Cambodia’s law.
  • Interact with Client actively soliciting their feedback.
