Human Resource Officer will be responsible for the overall sales and operations processes within the company. He is required to meet with agreed targets and promote the organization’s presence throughout Cambodia. He also needs to ensure a high level of quality service for the works we carry out in the region.
A key part of the Human Resource Officer’s responsibility is to develop the pipeline of new business coming in to the company. This requires a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and of the company’s competitors.
Core Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements, job descriptions for all positions and employment contract and other relevant documents
Monitor recruitment and training team to support well trained manpower to another department
Ensures legal & policies compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements
Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling and disciplining employees.
Recommend changes and conduct periodic pay surveys, schedule and conduct job evaluations, analyze exit interviews,
work closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures
Manage all aspects of monthly payroll processing, including overtime, leave, calculations benefit and tax related services as well as employee health insurance;
Perform research and provide information and other tasks which are assigned by Manager.
