Job Description

  • Ensure monthly sales target plan have achieved.
  • Prospect market segment of focus products and commodity product in the own area, find out the innovative strategies, discuss with RSM, and effectively implement.
  • Maintain and build good business relationship with the existing customer keep order from the company.
  • Find out the new potential dealer and outlet to keep expanding the market.
  • Offer the customer for basis products, commodity or focus products with a good product knowledge.
  • Prepare a call plan and visit plan (weekly and monthly) and discuss with RSM about the effectiveness of plan;
  • Resolve with dealer & customer complaints by investigating the problems, developing solution, immediately report and making recommendation to RSM.
  • Coordinate with all staff regarding the payment, the account receivables, and the stock in order to give good image to the company.
  • Lead the execution of sales program in specific area/channel and sharing knowledge (including role play) among the team to increase the competencies of the team.
  • Prepare and submitted sales report in daily, weekly, and monthly with supporting data.
  • Other tasks assigned by the regional sales manager.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor degree of Sales and Marketing or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years experiences working as sales supervisor in relevant industry
  • Strong in English, verbal/written communication
  • Good Communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Be flexible, accountable, challenging and work hard
  • Eager to learn & self-motivation
  • Have a enthusiastic and likQe to work in dynamic situation and complex environment
  • Computer proficiency MS office and email
