Job Description

  • Responsible for firm’s various human resource functions and payroll processing
  • Handing firm’s tax compliance and related matters
  • Preparation of monthly performance reports
  • Payments processing and liaising with finance department at the head quarter
  • Dealing with authorities on firm’s compliance matters
  • Monitoring billings and collections
  • Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
  • Preparation of ad-hoc reports
  • Liaising with overseas counterparts on administrative matters
  • Perform other administration tasks

Position Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in similar position.
  • Good level in speaking, reading and writing in both Khmer and English.
  • Very good listening capacity and commutation skills.
  • Well organised, friendly and polite.
  • Able to work under pressure and work as team.
  • Have acknowledged with a computer skill: Microsoft office Word, Excel, Internet and E-mail
  • Handle personal and confidential company materials with sensitivity and discretion
