Job Description

  • 4 weeks training in Malaysia and on-going training & support in CambodiaOversee operations and business of the Company and to ensure that operations are in sync withthe business strategies
  • Develop and administer operational and administrative policies, standards and practices
  • Develop and cascade the organization’s strategies to the lower ranking personnel by establishingperformance indicators and monitoring of performance against goals
  • Develop and administer effective internal controls including budget setting and tracking,expenditure approvals processes, record-keeping and reporting
  • Identify creative ways to reduce cost by steaming process and systems and utilize tools tomonitor department cost and cost trends, striving continuously to improve value
  • Responsible for the P&L, implement strategies, review and set triggers to ensure set KPIs andKRA objectives are met
  • Ensure compliance with any and all requirements for regulatory bodies
  • Perform the duties and exercise the powers which the Chief Executive Officer may from time totime properly assign to him in his capacity in connection with the business of the Company in theabsence of any specific directions from the Chief Executive Officer have the general control andresponsibility for the management of the business of the Company
  • Do all in his power to promote, develop and extend the business of the Company and at all timesand in all respects conform to and comply with the proper and reasonable directions andregulations of the Company
  • Other tasks will be assigned by director

Position Requirements

  • Master / Degree in related fields (Business Administration / Food Services Management HotelManagement / Finance) or equivalent qualifications
  • At least 3 years’ of working experience as General Manager with proven track record inmanaging chain restaurant
  • Negotiation and complex problem solving
  • Management of Material Resources and Management of Financial Resources
  • Learning Strategies - Selecting and using training/instructional methods and proceduresappropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new things.
  • Systems Analysis - Determining how a system should work and how changes in conditions,operations, and the environment will affect outcomes.
  • Administration and Management - Knowledge of business and management principles involved instrategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique,production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customerand personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards forservices, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Education and Training - Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design,teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
