Job Description

  • 4 weeks training in Malaysia and on-going training & support in Cambodia
  • Strategize and maximize the impact of marketing, and advertising and promotions campaigns.Ability to provide strategic direction, and prepare marketing/business plans.
  • Identify the best mix of media channels to support marketing/business plans, to deliver desiredadvertising message to target audience. Ability to analyze: research data in order to preparerecommendations, and post analysis data, in order to measure effectiveness of each campaign.
  • Analyze and research the target audience's characteristics, and consumption habits pertaining toF&B in particular. Advise both internal (licensee and Head Office) and external teams (creativeagencies) about the most effective marketing strategies and media combination.
  • Manage A&P budgets relative to Sales Performance, and make recommendations forimprovement.
  • Analyze and recommend appropriate timing of media activities, based upon consumption patternsand seasonal factors, and/or country’s peculiarities.
  • Keep track of, and report on the reputation of the brand both from a consumers’ perspective aswell as within the industry in terms of competitors’ comparisons.
  • Build relationship with licensees and potential licensees, in terms of marketing the licensed modelwithin the territory.
  • Build relationships with local governmental and government-linked bodies to help promote thebrand via Franchise/License Trade Shows/Missions/Expos.
  • Other tasks will be assigned by director

Position Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent. Masters qualifications would be anadded advantage.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field, within the F&B industry, is required forthis position.
  • Research-driven, analytical and able to write business/strategic/marketing plans.
  • Pleasant personality, good interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Good command, both written and spoken, in English and local language. Ability to communicatein other dialects, or languages would be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of regional F&B industry trends, have good business acumen, and a flair formarketing.
  • Resourceful and creative, ability to recognize viable opportunities.
  • Logical thinker, negotiator, and able to follow through to desired outcome.
  • Must be independent, able to work alongside a range of people, and as part of a team.
  • Willing to travel, and/or be based overseas for periods at a time.
