Job Description

Operational responsibilities:

“Chinese accounts Sales Development Executive” is in charge of Bodia commercial prospection towards Chinese community by proposing Bodia Nature products or Bodia Spa services. His/ Her first objective is to increase the visibility of Bodia (Spa & products) towards Chinese clientele.

-          Sales prospection

Be the point of contact between any business partner and the relevant department executive for Bodia

o   Establish a detailed list of potential Chinese customers to visit and follow up in Cambodia but also abroad and manage database including all potential business partners (Chinese travel agencies, hotels, airlines companies…)

o   Translate the commercial documentation in Chinese language and adjust the offer depending on customer’s expectation (in line with Bodia Sales policy).

o   Lead active prospection campaign (plan visits on phone and perform the commercial presentation for new customers or update on new offers) for both Phnom Penh and Siem reap under supervision of Sales Manager.

o   Networking

Constantly update personal local network by attending events and meeting relevant industry people of Chinese community across the country.

o   VIP and Business management : In charge of organizing Spa/ stores  inspections with Chinese Travel Agencies and /or Chinese investors (with BDM support) on site when required.


-          Sales operations

o   Edit the Chinese customer’s agreement under supervision of Sales Manager.

o   Launch of Operation

§  Welcome valuable customers’ representatives and clients at Spa or boutique.

§  Coordinate the new customer’s staff training and “Bodia” education in cooperation with Marketing & Communication Supervisor or Spa operation Manager.

§  Responsible for providing formal and informal guidance and recommendations to the sellers teams regarding cultural awareness related to your markets and selling techniques

§  Increase the average sales per pax for Chinese speaking customers training teams of sellers in both activities ( spa and Nature)

§  Enlarge the staff by assisting Human Resources Dpt  in recruiting Cambodian Chinese speaking staffs ( frontline)  for both spas ( 1 per spa) and manage them directly during operation


-          Marketing & Social media

o   Translate Bodia’s marketing supports from English to Chinese by following terms and identity of the brand. (Implement changes using Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop)

o   Participate to annual marketing promotions planning brainstorming sessions

o   Edit the Bodia’s marketing posts on Chinese specific social media.

o   Participate in innovating ideas for social media content that’s relevant to the Chinese market.

o   Advertising

o   Benchmark Bodia Spa and competitors Spa reputation on Chinese social media. Increase Bodia’s visibility and ranking accordingly.

o   Reporting

Position Requirements

The qualified candidate will have the following experience;

- Chinese native (traditional & simplified Chinese)

- Fluent in English: speaking and writing.

- Bachelor degree in sales & marketing.

- Excellent Microsoft Office Knowledge

- Sufficient Adobe Illustrator/Adobe Photoshop knowledge.

- At least 3 years of experience in related field of work.

- Good communication and reporting skills.

- Ability to take initiative

- Driving best practice and culture of continuous service delivery improvement within the company

- Good teamwork, analytical and problem solving skills

- Tenacity, Creativity, Resilience, organized and self-efficient

Established since 2006 Bodia has started its activities by opening sheltering cocooning Spas ( in Siem Reap and Phnom Penh proposing an authentic vision of relaxation in a modernly designed Cambodian Spa. In order to guaranty the quality of its treatment Bodia has created its own line of natural products made in Cambodia that promotes the local know-hows and uses local resources under the brand Bodia Nature ( . Nowadays, Bodia is a network of 4 Spas (3 in Cambodia + 1 in China) dispensing quality treatments and proposing therapist training to other Spa or hotels and extending its service to franchise opening. Products are made in our own factory in Phnom Penh and sold in Spas, 6 dedicated boutiques, a network of 50 local customers, 1 online store.
