Job Description

Job’s purpose:

  • To ensure the implementation, integrity and continual improvement of the BVCPS Quality System in terms of ISO 17025
  • system, and that processes and procedures meet or exceed client requirements and company objectives, testing operations.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Internal and External assessment.
    • To supervise and implement internal and external assessment.
    • Oversee and update assessment plans (year/month)
  • Corrective, preventive and innovation activitives.
    • To solve and control inappropriate issues (CAR, PAR, report revision, etc)
    • Keep and preserve records CAR / PAR
    • Update and evaluate the effectiveness of actions improvement.
  • Resolution of client complains
    • Support QA team, partner with related
    • Implement control report and record related complaint of clients.
  • (TCD)
    • Support PTN to implement TCD (Search, purchase criteria, examine training records, proficiency testing, etc)
  • Control document and record.
    • Implement the control document and internal record.
    • Prepare and update revised document plan (year/month)
    • Maintain and update quality plan of OSS (year/month)
    • Update and inform the information related internal document sent from HK, standard library, etc
    • Keep and update record and results of internal and external assessment.

  • Ensure quality result of testing.
    • Support PTN to implement and store
    • Update and follow the testing capacity of PTN.
    • Update current accreditation status and expansion plans recognized (BoA, ISTA, CPSC,etc.)
    • Follow the registration assessment subcontractors (performed by PTN)
  • Training and Seminar.
    • Follow, update plan and training record.
    • Participate in implementation and training organization as request of OSS. Div.Manager.
  • (HSE)/Health, safety and enviroment.
    • Coordinate with equipment team and other department in implementation related HSE.
    • Keep and manage HSE record.
  • Others (Other suitable duties as assigned by level N+1/N+2 management.)

Position Requirements

  • Graduated University/College
  • Technical or Quality Assurance
  • At least 3 year experience in Quality Assurance
  • Have good knowledge in ISO 9001 or ISO 17025
  • Team work
  • Strong problem solving
  • Good communication skill
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good command in English
  • Audit skill
  • Have ability to work under high pressure
