Job Description

•Assist CEO/CMO liaising with potential clients/business partners;

•Provide administrative support for the Commercial Department in all its forms;

• Assist with liaising with external vendors and support;

• Assist with competitive intelligence gathering activities;

• Monitor communications response data and other performance metrics;

• Coordinate and monitor the procurement process as required – instigate, track and review all procurement activities in regards to marketing requests;

• Assist in financial responsibilities: estimating, billing, reporting and invoicing for marketing fees and expenses, cooperative advertising requests and documentation;

• Setting up and coordinating meetings with Team Members & Other Department; and

• Other tasks assigned by Management.

Position Requirements

• Chinese and English language skills are essential, and other languages are beneficial“““• Good interpersonal skill• Effective communication skills• Energetic, flexible and able to work under pressure• Knowledge of MS office
