Job Description

• Accountable for achieving Customer Acquisition and Retention targets and objectives

• Accountable for identifying customer needs, presenting and demonstrating companies services, explaining their value to a customer

• Accountable for promoting companies services by proactively handing out leaflets to the customers

• Accountable for providing the best customer service in Point of Sale following customer service standards

• Accountable for collecting and providing all relevant feedback and information to management

• Develop and increase Point of Sales quality in terms of sales performance, attitude, customer care and Customers quality

• Responsible for creating a good working environment within the Point of Sales and towards other sections/departments

• Effectively apply company training and standards to work.

• Minimize company’s exposure to risk by following company policies, procedures, guidelines, rules and regulations as well as managements instructions

• Implement or escalate ideas, suggestions and customer feedback where appropriate

• Effectively communicate with staff and with customers in order to understand and deliver on customer’s needs wants and expectations

• Closely monitor the market and customer behavior as well as competitor actions and provide feedback to line manager

• Implement and follow up on launch of new services and campaigns

• Follow company brand guidelines and avoid any actions which could damage company brand.

• Hand out leaflets or other marketing material for the customers

• Oversee control on stock, cash, inventory and POSM, observing carefully the actions of any staff involved in these activities

• Report generating and monitoring

• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Management or relevant field
  • Sales management experience, proven track record and result oriented
  • Experience from retail channels and or retail business
  • English communication skills (oral and written)
  • Be able to communicate strongly in Chinese
  • Khmer language skills
  • Able to work under pressure and problem solution oriented
  • Outgoing, confident, personable, driven, enthusiastic
  • Good communication and people skills
  • A strong commitment to customer service and helping people
  • Able to working multicultural environments
  • Able to work both indoors and outdoors and willing to take on a challenge
