Job Description

-       Be responsible for HR compliance and related legal activities, also insures compliance with immigration, employment and labour laws with the approval from OSD;

-       Manage all aspects of monthly payroll processing for both local & expat, including overtime, leave, calculations, Diskpay system maintenance, (monthly report/accrual) and provision of pay advices

-       Process the final settlement of staff leaving;

-       Support regarding Remuneration and Benefit through the provision of effective support as required and by providing timely and accurate responses to ad hoc HR queries;

-       Arrange the contract, letter of offer, internal movement, and internal transfer;

-       In charge of tracking HR Budget Process;

-       Develop the salary range parallel to corporate policy and local market;

-       Ensure that all compensation and benefit policies are in place;

-       Track all kind expat benefits within budget prediction; and

-       Any other tasks as defined by the HR Director/Manager.

Position Requirements

-       Excellent written and spoken English (Chinese speaking is an advantage).

-       At least 2 years experiences in Compensation and Benefit process all HR functions.

-       A thorough understanding of Cambodian Labour Law is essential.

-       An understanding about Compensation and Benefit Scheme.

-       Good planning and organisational skills.

-       Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills.

-       Effective Communication skills.

-       Excellent Presentation skills.
