Job Description

  • Assist to Head of Risk Management and 4 Department Heads by providing administrative to ensure that working paper are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner;
  • Resolves administrative problems by coordinating, preparing, documenting of meeting reports, filling documentation and identifying solutions;
  • Update daily schedule and keep Head of Risk Management Division and Department Heads information up to date;
  • Record minutes and submit minutes, provide information by answering questions and requests, and contribute to teams by accomplishing related results;
  • Maintain contact information for key Departmental staff and support other administrative duties as needed.

Position Requirements

  • University Degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related fields;
  • Ability to organize and prioritize task assigned;
  • Good communication skills;
  • English fluent;
  • Highly motivated, committed;
  • Computer skill Word & Excel.
