Develop the effective business strategic plans to achieve bank revenue target, uplift trade productivities and increase profitability
Assess trade market conditions and analyze trends to capture more business opportunities
Contribute success and quality deals throughout trade finance experience and its strategies
Research and get up-date trading intelligence and advisetimely execution business strategies
Engage and coordinate with other departments including branch management division to leverage branch network in driving trade revenue from fees and interest incomes
Conduct business insight, marketing research, product development and process improvement
Defining the market opportunity and identifying trade client base
Structuring client transactions, developing and negotiating term sheets for execution
Analyze customer transaction’s flow and procedure to ensure its compliance with applicable bank policy, operational structure and process
Observe and identify trade operation process error and provide recommendation for improvement
Provide consultation with value added bank solution on Trade products and services to all customers in delivering great services with exceptional experiences
Budgets and plans on financials and direction to achieve the Bank’s strategic business and financial objectives
Provides clear leadership and direction, oversees the strategic orientation and achievement to the team within trade department
Achieve targets and objectives established by senior management
Work on any assigning task from Head, Corporate Banking Division.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
five to seven years of experience in banking/financial institutions
Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of the banking business is essential, and should include detailed knowledge of relevant bank products and services, operations, as well as sales and marketing
Well understand and get update on trade policy including ICC rules, UCP 600 and URD 758
Experience in leading Trade finance business, particularly trade team
Strong understanding and analyze market condition and economics trends
Concern for order, quality and accuracy. Thinks strategically. Has strong orientation for customer service and for achievement
Ability to work effectively as a leader to develop/coach others
Effectively deliver employee appraisals and performance management
Ability to speak read and write in English
preferably English and Khmer
Works with integrity, objectivity, accountability, honesty and leadership.
