• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing.
• At least 3-5 years'experiences in sales and marketing, including business planning and analysis, and brand building. Preferably from Real Estate Development Sector.
• Have keen analytical mind and entrepreneurship skill. Able to focus on core issues and develop sales strategies.
• Knowledge and understanding of the industry, competitor movements, and customers’ value chain and business practices to exploit all available business opportunities.
• Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and impacts, and/or projections.
• Excellent communicator who can handle difficult business situations well, and represent the sales organization both inside and outside the organization in a professional and ethical manner.
• Ability to demonstrate energy, sense of urgency, focus and follow through that deliver high quality results.
• Skillful Microsoft office suite application.
• Good in both written and spoken English and Khmer, knowledge of other Asian languages is an add advantage.
