What you will do?
Report to the Sales Director
Manage a team of Sales Associates covering the areas that you will be assigned to:
Mentoring and training them
Ensuring that they know how to use, and always use our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools in order to help them complete their duties effectively and efficiently
Assigning and follow-up up on their tasks
Ensuring that your team generates good qualified leads
Work closely with the Director of Sales to define and implement field sales action plans and set the small and medium account objectives for your area
Generate sales by calling the leads your team has generated and qualified
Manage your medium accounts portfolio, ensuring that they are satisfied with our services by communicating with them and responding to their queries
Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics across small and medium accounts using our tools which are put at your disposal to efficiently complete these duties and produce weekly and monthly reports
Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet Clik client needs
Identify new potential strategic customers
Participate in the Sales team recruiting process
Who are we looking for?
You have 3-5 years of experience in sales and a well-earned local network
You have proven experience in achieving sales targets
You enjoy working with people and are able to motivate them
You enjoy face to face sales and are great at negotiations
You are customer-focused with exceptional communication skills
You can work under pressure
