Job Description

  • Under the direction of Head of HR & Admin Department, develops implements and updates administrative, document control, security, facilities management, and travel, meal and entertainment policies / SOPs and forms;
  • Develop strategic administrative and facilities management plans;
  • Establish plan for management succession planning;
  • Evaluate plans for cost-effectiveness;
  • Develop and monitor procedures for processing applications;
  • Create relationships with administrative and facilities vendors;
  • Evaluate and revise division functions;
  • Involve for external affair as a person in charge;
  • Involve for legal affair coordinating with exclusive outsourced lawyer;
  • Monitor accounting systems for providing administrative and facilities management statistics;
  • Direct investigations of reports of misconduct, arrests, or illegal activities of employees;
  • Develop and monitor administrative and facilities management budget;
  • Prepare administrative and facilities management budget;
  • Prepare administrative and facilities management reports for management staff;
  • Develop and manage and train 5S and Kaizen;
  • Manage and administrate travel, meal and entertainment arrangement and claim;
  • Suggesting and introducing necessary software system coordinating with IT Department;
  • Submit Monthly Report and Weekly Report;
  • Any other tasks assigned by Head of HR & Admin Department and/or General Manager.

Position Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree with a major in business is preferable;
  • At least 5 years’ experience as an Admin Manager in the Construction Company (Belonging to Main Contractor is best, however belonging to subcontractor is also applicable);
  • Strong leadership and planning skills;
  • Familiarity with personnel laws and regulations is required;
  • Have experience with setting up administrative, document control, security and facilities management;
  • Highly confident, great in collaborating ideas and achieving Administrative plans and goals;
  • Good command of spoken/written/presentation in English, and ability to work with multi-levels and culturally-diversified team dynamics;
  • Foreigners preferred;
  • Be willing to be stationed in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
