Job Description

Product Trainer’s Job Description

 

1) Product Management

-          Study & improve product display

-          Ensure all new products are been displayed in all showroom

-          Search and update shortage product information into product database

-          Prepare product specification and feature comparison sheet

-          Follow up the status of new product arrival and make a report to department head

-          Monitor & control product take out spare part and ensure that it is place back into product

-          Monitor & follow up with all showroom managers on showroom policy (checklist is req.)

-          Collect data/information from all sales channels on product problems, summary, and propose a solution on how to solve it.

-          Testing on sample set with service department and make a report to department head

 

2) Product Training

-          Prepare product training lesson (Pre-introduction)

-          Prepare actual product live demo testing (Post-introduction)

-          Prepare product training testing sheet  

-          Evaluate on trainee after training

  

3) Reports

-          Weekly report on product information in product database

-          Weekly report on Showroom product display (Problems & Solutions)

-          Monthly report on product update

-          Product training update (Periodically & End-Result)

 

4) Supporting Role

-          Supporting Sales, Marketing, and Service Dept. on product related matters

-          Order and Receive product and/or accessories from local suppliers

-          Shipment inspection (when shipment arrive)

-          Entering sales data into monthly reporting

 

5) Others Tasks

-          Doing market survey with sales & marketing department

-          Doing market survey with supplier

-          Other task(s) assigned by your direct supervisor
