Job Description

This role carries out matters relating to accounting, labour, general affairs, and legal at the site.

  • Implement instruction from Project Manager
  • Preparing manpower information
  • In charge of legal matters
  • Neighbourhood correspondence duties
  • Foreign duties about administration
  • Procedure payment for direct labour and sub-contractor
  • Make absence and attendant book of site member
  • Site Security management
  • Management of rental item
  • Welfare and education of staff
  • Coordinate all duties about IT
  • Management of office supplies and stationary
  • Office and facility management
  • Site administration works

Material & Warehouse

  • Make ordering request of direct labor and sub-contractor at site
  • Make ordering request for materials, procurement request (direct labor)
  • Check materials, leaving a shed management, inventory control

Safety Environment

  • Explaining safety rule regulation to sub-contractor and labor
  • Make the plan about on-site safety for direct labor
  • Instruct execution of the on-site safety environment plan for direct labor
  • Disaster statistics and analysis

Accident Respond

  • Accident prevention measures
  • Industrial waste duties
  • Foreign duties about safety environment
  • Execution of monthly report to Site Manager

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any kind of engineering field or business administration.
  • Proven track record with 5 years+ experience as Project admin of construction.
  • Be confident, assertive and independent.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skill.
  • Relationship building and people management skill.
  • Good interpersonal skill.
  • Very good command of speaking, reading and writing in English.
