Job Description

Project

  • Lead in project bidding process
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Monitoring sub-contractor/vendor to ensure guideline, specification and standard are maintained
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

 

Maintenance

  • Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
  • Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
  • Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality
  • Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
  • Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
  • Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
  • Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
  • Ensure health and safety policies are complied with

 

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or higher degree in Civil Engineer /Structural
  • Plus if have degree in Project Management
  • Minimum 3-year experience in project management or Civil Engineer work
  • Good in Cost planning
  • Acts in a professional and ethical manner at all times
  • Is a team player with good people skills
  • Flexibility, self-motivation, honesty, reliability, and confidence
  • Good written and verbal English communication
