Successful applicants will:
Act as the first point of contact for merchant clients
Offer guidance on the product
Support in integration of websites to edeel platform
Respond to and resolve daily operational issues relating to transactions and processing
Support merchants in the boarding process with banks and payment options
Log and track support desk interactions/incidents made via phone and e-mail
Attending crisis meetings for high-severity incidents.
Participate in the development & maintenance of procedures/systems for effective delivery of operational activities
