Our client is a Premium broadband networking solution and a multi-media service provider; deliver user-centric services; Broadb and Network, OTT Internet TV, Mobile TV and wireless digital TV services (DTT). We are seeking a Sales Director / VP with the following attributes:
Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Own annual sales target of the Company
Build and maintain strong and long lasting relationship with customers.
Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Maintains national sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Generate revenue growth using a consultative selling approach to maintain and expand relationships with assigned accounts. We will lead with a value-driving message and proposition that highlights our ability to generate award-winning work and creative around events and experiential marketing.
Create and implement strategic account plans to grow business with each account and deepen our partnership with new and existing clients.
Lead effective team selling efforts to translate national agreements into actualized business.
Leverage sound business acquisition and retention strategies to cultivate both new and existing business relationships.
Work collaboratively with our account management teams to provide excellent client service across all accounts.
Strategy & Planning
Conduct a quarterly business development strategy process to include performance objectives, financial targets, account growth plans and detailed action plans to continually grow revenue share.
Develop strong client relationships including a deep understanding of account needs, buying behaviors and motivations, technical requirements, distribution channels, etc.
Create and target a list of high-value prospective accounts utilizing available resources.
Proven experience as Sales Director/Sales Manager especially in cable operator or telco
BA/BSc degree or equivalent
Willing to be based in Phnom Penn, Cambodia
Must be willing to travel to Cambodia to visit branches and customers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.with C-Levels
Excellent presentation skills in one-on-one and small group situations involving clients and associates.
Self-motivated with strong time management skills and demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve priorities.
Work closely with our account management team to build a business from new and existing client relationships.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; must function well under pressure, delegate effectively, and remain positive and constructive under stress.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated skills in the area of data and performance metrics.
CRM platform reporting and sales pipeline reporting a must.
Ability to gather client information and analyze industry data to create client specific action plans and communications.
