Job Description

  • Strategically manage warehouse  compliance  company’s policies  vision.
  • Provide continuously consistent  to  customers without interruption  timely  accurate manner.
  • Develop  drive KPI’s, measurements  customer specific root cause analysis reporting  well  proactive analysis  prevent errors  occurring.
  • Ensure  latest SOP  fully implemented,  that  change  the  is communicated  relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage  implementation  operational processes, guidelines  standards  Supply Chain Operations.
  • Ensure that tools  in place  coordinate planned workload  resources (manning  equipment) needed across  operation.
  • Establish  proactive  regular communication  suppliers  customers, etc.  support  execution  the operations.
  • Contribute  the development  execution  Corporate Supply Chain Strategy aligned  proposing targets  KPI’s.
  • Ensure constant attention  the prevention  fraud, collusion,  nepotism  any elements  out business.
  • Manage stock control  reconcile  data storage system.
  • Prepare annual budget  expenses.
  • Recruit, select, orient, coach  motivate employees  achieve personal development  branch goal.
  • Evaluate  and competency mapping  direct reports.
  • Support team efforts  planning warehouse space layouts  moves  driven by business needs.
  • Maintain standards  health  safety, hygiene  security.
  • Performance other  tasks  required.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor degree  Business Administration  other  field.
  • At least 5  of experience  warehouse management.
  • Proven ability  implement process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge  warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Leadership  and ability manage staff.
  • Good communication  Khmer  English (both writing  speaking skills).
  • Computer Skill – Microsoft Office  Internet & Email.
  • Strong decision making  problem solving skills.
  • Willing  travel within  as required.
