Job Description

  1. Greet the customers entering into organization.
  2. Take customers' orders.
  3. Report monthly Sales & Service.
  4. Control Office Supplies.
  5. Receive payment by cash, cheques, credit card etc
  6. Guiding and solving queries of customer
  7. Open work orders as directed by the service manager and maintain control until closed and invoiced.
  8. Handles Repair Order charges, warranty validation & claims coverage’s including computation of chargers, submission and follow-up.
  9. Maintains the service library with information that is current.
  10. Files bulletins, manuals, video tapes, etc. under the direct supervision of the service manager.
  11. Assembles all types of equipment and other merchandise offered for sales by the dealership.
  12. Maintains a clean and safe work area and cares for shop tools and equipment and equipment assigned to the technician.
  13. Accounts for all time on a time card and for all material used in performing as assigned duties.
  14. Ability to safety operate all equipment sold by the dealership
  15. Follow all safety rules and regulation in performing work assignments.
  16. Handles service department filing and records.
  17. Updates customer profiles using equipment, hours or other information from the customer work orders.
  18. Maintains accessories and supplies and prepares replacement orders for the service manager’s approval
  19. Perform any other tasks assigned by the manager.

Position Requirements

  1. Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree of related fields.
  2. At least 1 years experiences at Customer Service or receptionist.
  3. Good at English communication
  4. Flexible on work 
  5. Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills in English
  6. Hard-working / Honestly
  7. Able to work under pressure.
