Job Description

  1. Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by hand over to the right department.
  2. Update existing customer complaint information.
  3. Greeting & provide information to customer
  4. Coffee/Drink making.
  5. Do some admin/HR task
  6. Welcome all client and ask for information.
  7. Control staff check in/out
  8. Responsible for buying something.
  9. Other task from manager or HR/Admin.

Position Requirements

  1. Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree of related fields.
  2. Good at Chinese communication
  3. Flexible on work
  4. Hard-working / Honestly
  5. Able to work under pressure.
