Job Description

  • Prepare and input assigned monthly journal entries
  • Prepare customer invoices and send timely basis
  • Perform collections and settle customer aging accurately
  • Conduct auditing on internal control of purchase and sale ensuring compliance of company policy and procedure
  • Manage vendor invoices ensuring timely account period recording.
  • Prepare and proceed payment voucher to propose fund to pay vendor.
  • Prepare daily general cash collection report and deposit bank.
  • Prepare and closing financial report accurately.
  • Assist to perform inventory fiscal count as assigned by finance manager.
  • Prepare, review ensuring the reconciliation of sub ledger are matched general ledger
  • Perform comprehensive review of balance sheet
  • Provide inventory gross margin analysis and review
  • Assist Store supervisor in the resolution of inventory and daily report issues
  • Interface directly with station store personnel on variance review
  • Prepare adhoc analysis & reporting
  • Review daily store reports and cross check with daily documents
  • Process store paperwork as needed and ensure accurate financial reports:
  • Manage and file Accounts Payable invoices.
  • Inventory adjustments
  • Cash paid In / Cash paid Out
  • Occasional support station stores if necessary
  • Other tasks assigned by Finance Manager and Management team

Position Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Accounting.
  • Experience with Accountant software.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
  • Thorough knowledge of labor laws and good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Strong email and in-person communication skills
  • BBA in Accounting or a relevant field
