Job Description

  • Sales Management
    • Work closely  the National Sales  (NSM)  recruit  train six Provincial Sales Managers (PSM).
    • Provide regular sales  sales management training  PSMs through monthly PSM group meetings  quarterly nation-wide PSM refresher training programs  coordination  National Sales Manager.
    • Meet weekly  each PSM  personal 1-2-1 coaching, by Skype when face-to-face  not possible.
    • Work  with PSMs  CWEs  the field  provide in-field coaching  training  ensure effective sales process  sales management  maximize sales.
    • Collect, manage  analyses daily, weekly, monthly  annual sales data; use  monitor  coach individual PSMs  CWEs,  to develop relevant strategies  increase sales.
    • Create personal monthly, weekly  daily Aim Plans  set goals, objectives  schedule  achieve; lead team  PSMs  do create  use similar Aim Plans.
    • Liaise  credit partners’ national  provincial level managers  ensure clear communication  full cooperation between Hydrologic  credit institutions’ field staff.
    • Oversee PSM’s management  Clean Water Purifier (CWP) Quality Control agent (CQC)  ensure 100% customer satisfaction  product.
  • Strategy / planning
    • Lead PSM  develop clear, strategic plan  work  move territories  close collaboration  local credit teams’ Provincial  District Branch Managers.
    • Work closely  NSM, counterpart ASM  PSMs  correctly diagnose challenges  sales teams  the field,  develop strategies  effectively  them.
    • Set personal  regional sales goals  develop specific short  long-term strategies  achieve them; lead PSMS  CWEs  do  same.
  • Logistics / Inventory management
    • Accountable  manage  account  all stock  inventory records  documents  every provincial mobile district  (MDO). Ensure PSM  correctly handling  counting stock…
    • Complete monthly stock  inventory assessment  each MDO  submit  WHO? At head office.
    • Ensure effective coordination  communication between PSMs  local drivers  ensure timely delivery  proper management  cash  money collection.
  • Human Resources (HR)
    • Coordinate  sale staff  doing appraisal  to make sure it complies  HR policy
    • Work closely  Admin  HR  to make sure staff material (ID card, uniform, helmet, phone, etc..)  available  new staff
    • Be  the MDO  to  safety  for staff
  • Financial management
    • Coordinate Monthly Expense  Request  expense  PFSs  on  policy

Position Requirements

  • Minimum two years’ experience  sales
  • Minimum two years’ experience managing  team  the private sector
  • Prior field experience  in rural communities
  • Prior experience managing budgets  project expenses
  • Excellent spoken  written English
  • Microsoft Word  Excel
  • Able  drive vehicle independently
  • Available  regular travel within assigned regions (up  3-4 weeks per month)  to
