Job Description

  • Answer the telephone and transfer them to appropriate staff members.
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors.
  • Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, mailing, and filing.
  • Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
  • Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
  • General administrative and clerical support.
  • Prepare letters and documents.
  • Monitor the use of supplies and equipment and maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Tidy and maintain the reception area.
  • Assist other staff members as requested.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Greeting guests formally and politely.
  • Smile and be friendly.
  • Be well presented in your clothes, make-up and hair at all times.

Position Requirements

  • Must be able to understand speak, read and write English to a good standard. Chinese language skills are welcomed.
  • Desire to improve and grow business skills.
  • Specialist in Microsoft Word Excel, PowerPoint-(good at formatting).
