Job Description

• Overall Responsibility
- The Cargo Sales Manager/Lead shall work with appointed Airlines to introduce the cargo product in the market and maintain sales and high standard of service to customers, control of cargo operations, recommend, implement and effectively control pricing, manage employees in compliance with the company’s regulations, policies and procedures.

• Main Responsibilities
- Working with Airlines Principle and compliance to it's policies in terms of Sales, Booking, Operation etc.
- Constant conduct Sales & Marketing activities with agents to achieve sales target
- Maintain, take care current customers and explore new customers, new traffic.
- Collect market inteligence, competition activities, market statistics…served for sales activities.
- Representation for PNH station to attend Sales Meeting as required by Airlines Principle
- Production of needful Reports as required by Airlines Principle.
- Working with Booking team for reservation of high yield, prioritized cargo, maximize space utilization.
- Working with Airport Operation team for maximize cargo build up & loading.
- Report to:
- For day to day business/Strategy: functionally report to Airlines Principle (Regional office) and Director of Aviation
- For administrative issues: report to ITL PNH station manager & ITL HDQ in SGN.

Position Requirements

- At least 2-5 year sales experience in Airlines/ Airfreight Sales Cargo/AirFreight/Air Co-Loader.
- Very good knowledge of International and domestic Airlines/ Airfreight Sales Cargo, good knowledge of customs, air and surface movement, local state legislation related to the industry.
- University graduated
- IATA Certificate is preffered.
- Excellent Engish Communication
- Organized, process- oriented.
- Hard working and can-do attitude
- Solving problem skill.
- Budget & cost management
- Excellent communication and building relationship.
- High motivated, disciplined and compliance.
- Excellent customer service mindset.
