Job Description

  • Maintain workflow by implementing cost reductions and developing reporting procedures.
  • Resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
  • Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  • Provide information by answering questions and requests.
  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Position Requirements

  • Female
  • Positive Attitude, pleasant personality and service minded
  • Energetic, work under pressure, self-motivated, and looking for a challenge
  • Good command of reading, writing and speaking English.
  • Knowledge of Khmer business law and tax
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Able to write and speak good English and Khmer
  • Job opportunity immediate

Benefits :

  • Working time : 8:00-17:00
  • Working Days : Monday-Friday
  • Salary : 170 USD pm upwards
