Job Description

a). Sustainable supply

  • Establish a clear procurement plan ensuring that requests are managed effectively ensuring sufficient time is provided to complete all necessary processes
  • Ensure clear documentation for supplier selection is obtained for auditing purposes
  • Sustainable supply of the products and raw material
  • Development and selection of national and international suppliers in close co-operation with purchasing teams in line with company purchasing manual
  • Organize procurement for different kinds of products (raw materials, finished goods, POS materials and others)

b). Order Process

  • Organize effective functional work and provide regular assessment
  • Manage the delivery of goods/services ensuring all items are correctly accounted for by the team
  • Ensure that all procurement requests are completed correctly and the duties of collecting quotations is segregated amongst the team to prevent conflict of interest

c). Cooperation

  • Contribute to the development, communication and promotion of corporate core purpose, vision, mission and values.
  • Active input to driving the development of corporate strategy
  • Maintain the effective coordination with the sales, marketing and executive team to make it function smoothly
  • Ensure the conflict of interest policy is upheld throughout all processes of procurement

d). Team supervision

  • Supervised and direct assigned staff including monitoring and evaluating work performance
  • Analysis and realization of cost saving potentials
  • Prepare budget estimates and monitors departmental expenditures.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in function related field
  • At least 2 years up of working experience (management experience)
  • Specialized training in procurement area
  • Advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong presentation, written communications, and report-writing skills in English and Khmer
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work with team & managerial skill.
