Job Description

  • Daily Duties
    • Manage resource  scheduling,  regular, punctual attendance  leave.
    • Recruitment  selection.
    • Evaluate team’s  and making recommendations  personnel actions.
    • Leading, motivating, training  developing staff.
    • Implementation  Company’s policy’s  procedure
    • Mini Mart supervision
  • Walk-in customers
    • Ensure sufficient staff number  each floor  meet  needs  walk-in customers
    • Greet customers  a  manner
    • Ensure  science staff greet customers  a  manner
  • Special events
    • Assist  the planning, promotion  decoration  special events
    • Assist  the smooth running  special events
  • Staffing
    • Create  monthly day-off schedule,  submit  HR/Admin
    • Report  changes  the scheduling
  • Other duties  reasonably assigned by management

Position Requirements

  • At least 3  of experience  to supervisory  and customer service
  • Ability  solve problems  conflicts  a  manner
  • Bachelor’s degree  any field
  • Computer excels & word, power point, internet  email
  • Excellent verbal  written communication  in English
