Job Description

  • - Support customer over the phone, on chat line or via email
  • - Follow up all customer complaints to ensure all complaint have been solve on time and in professional manner
  • - Analyze problems of customer, perform troubleshooting, communication with site technicians and other related department. Able to produce first level troubleshooting on the system
  • - Identify and escalate prioritize issue to other related department
  • - prepare document and schedule for technical team
  • - Follow standard process and procedure
  • - Complete call logs and produce reports

Position Requirements

  • Good in English, Chinese is a plus
  • Honest & flexible
  • Strong commitment and working responsibility
  • Good interpersonal skill and presentation skill
  • Able to drive car, and acquire driving license
