Job Description

  • Provides payroll information by collecting time  attendance records.
  • Maintains employee information by entering  updating employment  status-change data.
  • Keep employee profile
  • Process required material  new employee ( ID card, Access Card, Phone, Name Card)
  • Provides secretarial  by entering, formatting,  printing information; organizing work;
  • Answering  telephone; relaying messages.
  • Maintains employee confidence  protects  by keeping HR information confidential.
  • Maintains quality  by following organization standards.
  • Make daily attendance report.
  • Other duties assigned by manager

Position Requirements

  • At least 1  experience  related field  similar.
  • Graduated bachelor degree
  • Understand  be able  perform HR function.
  • Be able  use computer.
  • Knowledge  English.
  • Be friendly  flexible  Attends  detail.
