Assist to coordinate with related department management to make payment of daily work to the part-time employees and full time employees on timely basis.
Coordinate to request stationary including other office equipment for an existing employee and a new employee.
Assist to monitor and insure safety and security in the Company-office are well organized with the team including cleaning and hygiene.
Prepares regular reports such as attendance, contact list, etc for Manager and provide any update report for each employee when they request.
Under graduate or Bachelor degree in any field of study
2-year experience in HR and Admin or related field.
Good presentation & excellent communication skills
Positive & Pro-active spirit
Good communication skills
English language skill required; additional language beneficial
