The ability to respond properly and take a supervisory role in any hotel emergency or safety situation, as well as ensure the proper control and instructions of said emergency procedures to the Rooms Division.

Maintaining a professional work environment
Staff supervision and administrative support for Condo and Hotel
Provide on job training in hospitality to the staff
Daily report the income of Condo and Hotel
Manage monthly roster, daily activities and record staff attendance
Provide good service and hospitality to the customers
Work closely with the Housekeeping Department to improve guest services and foster cross-departmental communication
Bill payment from customers and control guests check in-out
Bachelor Degree in Hotel and Tourism or related field.
Has experience in the field of Guest and Service Management in Hotel or Condominium.
Be able to work as a team and has problem-solving skill.
English proficiency (Excellence both speaking and writing)
Computer literate skill (Ms. Words, Ms. Excel, Internet & E-mail)
Minimum 2-year experiences with Hotel/Condominium
