Job Description

  • Check monthly rosters and attendant  of all departments
  • Assist the work for general support to the whole office building
  • Prepare all kind of administrative letter in and out for the company 
  • Check and control Finger Print and file documentation
  • Provide on job training
  • Assist training with HoDs
  • Prepare monthly payroll
  • Prepare NSSF
  • Other legal documents
  • Perform searches and provide information and other tasks which are assigned by Manager

Position Requirements

  • Good in English both writing and speaking
  • Be able to provide on job training
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related fields
  • Able to use computer literate (Ms. Words, Ms. Excel, Internet & E-mail)
  • Minimum 2 years experiences with similar size Hotel/Condominium
