Job Description

***Sale Daily Activity:

  •  Develop and maintain relationships with new or existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails
  •  Conduct market research to get obtain new customers
  •  Maintain accurate/updated customer profiles, pipeline, sales leads & sales activities (e.g. sales visit plans, sales visit report, quotation)
  •  Negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales
  •  Record sales and order information in the report to keep good sales tracking
  •  Deliver good sales performance to meet sales target
  •  Responsible for manage cost calculations, and providing customers with best competitive quotations
  •  Coordinate with operation team to accomplish the work required to close sales
  •  Identify and resolve client concerns
  •  Follow up on new sales leads and referrals from agents and existing contacts

***Sale Development:

  •  Prepare sales presentations, proposals and sales contracts
  •  Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
  •  Gather competitor and customer data through field sales activities in order to create awareness of local market trends and competitors activities.
  •  Manage account services through quality checks and another follow-up
  •  Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any related discipline (Logistics, International Business,)
  • 1 - 3 years experiences in freight forwarding sales
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Own transport and willingness to travel
  • Service minded, self-motivated, able to work independently with good team player spirit.
  •  Driving LicenceMeeting customers to sell company products
  •  Promotes company products
  •  Finding new Modern trade client
  •  Ensure the target is achieved
  •  Initiate and propose Sales and marketing strategy
  •  Prepare sales reports
  •  Checking products in every Modern trade client
  •  Other tasks assigned by Manage
