Job Description

  • Admin/HR  Customer Service
    • Manage  supervise  work  employees  provide feedback  counsel  improve efficiency  effectiveness
    • Complete store administration  Ensure adherence  legal policies  procedures
    • Maintain relationships  employees, partners, vendors, suppliers
    • Maintains  by initiating, coordinating,  enforcing program, operational,  personnel policies  procedures
    • Dealing  customer queries, complaints  all issues.
    • Liaising  head  and other tasks assigned
  • Stock  Store Management
    • Decide appropriate quantities  items  stock
    • Carry out stock management  in line  set product/retail policies  procedures
    • Ensure pricing  corrected  displayed  all products
    • Ensure merchandise  shelves  cleaned  ready  be displayed.
    • Maintain standards quality, customer service, store's cleanliness
    • Maintain accurate record  inventory  stock management systems according  set standards
    • Waste, Damage  Expire management
  • Sale  Marketing strategy
    • Ensure promotions  accurate  merchandised  the company’s standards.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor degree  Business Administration,  management  related field
  • At least 5  experiences  Retail shop  sales  Marketing field
  • Powerful  leading  and business orientation
  • Good communication  interpersonal skills
  • Good command  spoken  written English
  • Computer proficiency  Ms. Office  systems
  • Be able  work under pressure, flexible  honest.
  • Thorough understanding  diverse business processes  strategy development
