Job Description

  • Oversee HEF Contract implementation based on established evaluation methodology.
  • On a monthly basis, monitor HEF activities are given area using the tools and methodologies of the HEF system.
  • Conduct household interviews and review of HEF documentation entering results into a computerized reporting database.
  • Create a monthly report of findings related to monitoring of HEF activities according to the standard format required.
  • Perform other tasks as required.

Position Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor Degree or at least 2 years experiences
  • Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Communication skill in English and Khmer
  • Experience in data collection and/or assisting in any research/survey
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to work well with the poor and rural areas.
  • Analytical skills, Self-motivated and results oriented
