Job Description

  • Product and develop Customer Satisfaction                                                                                        
  • Plan and implement training for improvement of Customer Satisfaction
  • Manage system for improving service
  • Investigate and monitor Customer Satisfaction Level
  • Monitor and develop branches' atmosphere
  • Achieves customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendations to bank operation staff
  • Overlook, control and update daily morning customer service practice both Phnom Penh Branches and Provincial Branches
  • Will be responsible to perform basic troubleshooting of problems and devise solutions to both customer and staff operation
  • Determines customer service requirements by maintaining contact with good customers; visiting operational environments; conducting surveys; forming focus groups; benchmarking best practices; analyzing information and applications
  • Improves customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; establishing and communicating service metrics; monitoring and analyzing results; implementing changes
  • Maximizes customer operational performance by providing help desk resources and technical advice, resolving problems, disseminating advisories, warnings,new techniques, detecting, and diagnosing network problems to prevent and attract customer


Position Requirements

  • Nationality: Cambodian
  • Age : 23 - 35
  • Minimum of 5 years in a customer support role
  • Bachelor or Master Degree
  • Degree in Hotel, Finance and Banking, Marketing or equivalent professional qualifications, or related field
  • Excellent in English communication & Interpersonal Skills 
  • Good command of speaking other languages is a plus
  • Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player
  • Computer literacy;
  • Keeping calm and remaining tactful under pressure is a must and a bright personality that will make stand out from the crowd was included
