• Explain our company feature and services to clients;

• Ensure clients satisfaction and maintain good relationships;

• Keep a record of all customers’ feedback and following up;

• Perform other tasks assigned by Manager.

Position Requirements

• Graduated Bachelor degree of Business Administration or other related field;

• Friendly, hard-working, flexible, self-confident and self-motivated;

• Good communication and negotiation skills;

• Strong customer service mind-set;

• Ability to work independently as well as part of team;

• Be proficient in English language and Chinese is prefer;

• Computer skills (Microsoft Office), Internet and e-mailBenefit:

• Basic salary from $150 - $1,000 plus commission and other bonus 

• Provide a clear career path and skills in Financial Markets.
