Diagnoses and resolves desktop hardware problems that affect system performance
Manage and track help desk ticketing system to ensures each ticket is documented and resolved
Installs, configures, troubleshoots, and maintains customers’ software and hardware
Troubleshoots Microsoft Office desktop product suite and other applications such as Internet services
Troubleshoots communication devices such as Avaya/Panasonic phones, mobile phones, and PABX
Bachelor degree in Information Technology or related field
At least 1 year of relevant experience in IT Helpdesk
Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Office applications
Good command of English
