Job Description

  • Implement the Compliance program elements and framework as designed and defined by the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO).
  • Actively participate in business unit progress to convey the CCO’s initiatives, and plans to the Business Unit.
  • Guide business unit to implement necessary control measures to enhance the sales & marketing activities aligned with Sanofi Code of Ethics and other Country Compliance initiatives.
  • Act as a Business Integrity Advocate in dealing with Anti-corruption issues and potential compliance risks.
  • Conduct field visits to ensure sales and marketing events are organized appropriately.
  • Conduct risk assessment within the business unit and where necessary coordinate with the CCO and/ or BUM to take necessary action in mitigating the identified risks.
  • Assist the Business Unit Manager and/ or CCO in planning and conducting the compliance training and related compliance communications/ campaigns.
  • Support the Business Unit Manager and/ or CCO to prepare and submit compliance related reports in a timely manner.
  • Assist the CCO in supervising and executing all compliance related objectives.
  • Under the instruction of the CCO to perform Compliance Monitoring including Self-Testing of mandatory control activities related to Compliance to identify any compliance risks and provide initiatives to mitigate the risks.
  • Report on a regular basis to the CCO any Conflict of Interest matters, and Code of Ethics violation.
  • In cooperation with related functions to develop Standard Operating Procedures and relevant templates to support business units in all sales and marketing events.
  • Coordinate with cross functions such as Finance, Medical, Internal Control, and Legal to support Business Unit preparing audit documents, etc.

Position Requirements

  • Appropriate degree in any discipline – Finance and Accounting is a plus
  • At least 3 years of experience working in multi-national company ( MNC )
  • Ability to communicate English effectively
  • Experience in Healthcare sector or Advisory/ Assurance services would be an advantage
  • Being experienced with Risk Management and/ or Internal Control assessment
  • Organization of and conducting Training/ Communication campaign/ activity
  • Have an analytical personality, detail oriented
  • Can work independently and under pressure
  • Well organized and ability to prioritize
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast moving environment
  • Presentation skill and training skill would also be an advantage
