The Project Coordinator will be based in Phnom Penh and will often travel to the field. He/she will coordinate all the activities of the Training Education Program in Diabetes, including field-level execution and education & awareness activities. He/she will directly work with another Project Coordinator, other staff from Sanofi and will directly report to the Project Manager.
Desk Research, information gathering and support writing of pre-assessment study on Diabetes in Cambodia
Coordinating and implementing extensive communication campaign around the project
Identifying, approaching and engaging stakeholders
Coordinating the overall training program definition and implementation for doctors and students
In continuous coordination with the Project Team, organizing training in 15 provinces in a successful and timely manner
Assisting in the creation and/or support of existing peer-to-peer support groups of patients with Diabetes, and organizing activities with and for them
Tasks execution and coordination of awareness awareness-raising Diabetes
Bachelor in Health Sciences, Public Health preferably but other fields open to consideration
Minimum of two years’ experience coordinating and implementing different type of activities (events, meetings & workshops, communication campaign etc.)
Consistent ability for follow-through on all internal/external commitments and communication
Demonstrated ability to work along-side the project team
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Fluency in Khmer required and fluency in English an asset
