Manage the payroll process for all employees including incentive, bonus, and other benefits and ensure payroll paid correctly.
Ensure accuracy and reliability of payroll and highlight/ proactively manage risks around the confidentiality and reliability of records and payroll system.
Ensure new recruitment/replacement of employees is filled on time.-Administration tasks.
Manage HR back-end data and provide reporting to Outsourcing Manager/manpower/ headcounts, budgeting and costs and other ad hoc HR information requested.
Manage compliance to all company controls requirements within all Department, including leading the records management process, budgeting and CoPlan exercises and Audit compliance for the Outsourcing Department.
Monitor the status of outsourced projects to make sure they are proceeding as expected
Provide good leadership to direct reports and team in the daily execution of productions and any relevant department.
Provide coaching & guidance to grow direct reports in role, and ensure direct reports delivers best performance and satisfied services to clients.- Perform other tasks as required from time to time.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related fields
At least 2 years HR experience
Effective negotiation, influencing, communication and presentation skills to interact with people at all levels in the organization and outside
Good leadership and management skills
Good Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Result-oriented and ability to work independently
Ability to work well under pressure- Can speak chines is priority.
