- Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury properties around the world
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative
- Knowledge of local market
- Passion for sales and for achieving targets and objectives
- Ability to communicate in written and spoken English to an exceptional standard.
- Proven track record of positive, assertive leadership in a team environment.
Hands on position and would suit someone with remote location experience, such as Maldives or South Pacific.
