Coordinate and work with relevant departments, especially operation department and actuary department to make sure that all operational process are run smoothly.
Work out on quotation with actuary team on group products and send to clients on time
Follow up and collect premium from clients monthly
Follow up with corporate client for staff additional list and additional premium and forward to operation team for processing on time
Inform corporate client on renewal policy at least 2 months in advance
Support IA team to make sure that work-site marketing is run smoothly
Support group sales team to run various sales event activities monthly
Produce monthly sales report by collecting daily sales data from sales team
Analyze sales report for weekly sales meeting
Any other tasks will be assigned by head of group sales
Bachelor Degree in any recognized degree
At least 1 year experience
Computer literacy (Microsoft excel is the must)
Good command in English
Good in Presentation skill
Understand on data analysis ( just a basic understanding)
Good interpersonal skills
Understand some basic insurance concepts
